Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
In case the customer doesn’t have access to local alteration facilities De-Royal recommends the use of safer measurement services offered by us.
- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
- Try to choose as shown option to minimize errors
- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
In case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality / quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. If found any discrepancy, either refuse to accept the delivery or accept the delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
Customers should lodge a complaint with the local office of courier agency, so that De-Royal may pursue the same in future, as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case if you receive the product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product, kindly contact De-Royal at deroyalmensethinic@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until you receive the instructions of the De-Royal regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, communicate to De-Royal at deroyalmensethinic@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
De-Royal does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product which has returned without any confirmation from our end. So DO NOT place return on any product without conformation.
Please note that De-Royal examine the returned products for all such defects/variations and customer queries on the basis of the customer's emails. The email should contain comprehensive details / Complaints of the single order / package delivery.
All defective products being returned to De-Royal shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier to address "Shop No.E6, Ground Floor Tapadia Maruti Infinity Mall Sy No.320/1 and 315/3, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500050".
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from De-Royal.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to De-Royal within (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from De-Royal.
Safe receipt of defective product by De-Royal is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as 'DEFECTIVE RETURNS'.
In case if there is any error occurred due to customer relating to product/invoice/order receipt, De-Royal shall make necessary changes/modifications/alterations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. Customers may have to bear the cost of replacement of fabrics in rare circumstances when it is original fabric of the same color.
Obligations of the De-Royal
De-Royal shall examine the products returned by the customers for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure the remedial steps are taken immediately.
De-Royal shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of De-Royal.
De-Royal shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.
De-Royal shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the De-Royal, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.
Not withstanding the above, De-Royal is under no obligations to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. De-Royal shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
Partial Refunds
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, De-Royal in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, De-Royal shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
Credit Issues
Kindly note that credits against the customer's credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of De-Royal processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may the credits in their next credit card statement.
Product Disclaimer
The details of the products or product (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) shown on the website of De-Royal only approximate values.
Shipping
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon De-Royal shipment to the shipping carrier.
While De-Royal shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
Maximum will deliver the product within 5 - 7 working days while customization products it will take 10 - 15 working days.
The Customer may take note of the following:
- The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
- The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
- Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
- Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
- De-Royal recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample Salwar suit, size trail option, while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size/style, etc.
